Release: October 2025

We recently modified the antigen code format. The previous notation, which included a colon separator (e.g., KEL:3), has been updated to remove the colon (e.g., KEL3). This change was implemented to prevent potential confusion with phenotype annotations, which also use colon delimiters. Consequently, all blood group systems are documented in this release as having been modified, as this formatting change applies uniformly to all antigens across all systems.
